These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all commercial transactions carried out via the Klair Platform, including:
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page of klair.work. They are expressed in euros, excluding taxes. Applicable VAT is calculated at the time of payment based on the buyer's country and legal status (individual or business).
Billing is monthly, on the subscription anniversary date. Invoices are accessible from the Klair account area.
Each activation of a paid worker or skill constitutes a separate monthly subscription. The price displayed at confirmation is the pre-tax price. The indicative tax-inclusive amount is shown based on your country's VAT — the effective VAT is calculated by Stripe at payment.
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Klair does not store any credit card data.
For the first paid transaction, the user is redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter their payment information. Stripe stores the payment method for subsequent transactions.
For subsequent purchases, payment is processed automatically on the stored payment method, after explicit user confirmation (checkbox in the activation widget). Stripe applies strong authentication rules (SCA/PSD2) when required.
Each activation generates a timestamped server-side record on Klair (explicit consent) and a Stripe transaction confirmation. These two elements constitute the proof of purchase.
Level upgrade (Intern -> Assistant -> Employee): the previous level subscription is cancelled immediately. A pro-rata is calculated on remaining days and deducted from the first payment of the higher level. The billing cycle restarts from zero. The user's personalised configuration is fully preserved.
The user may choose a no-commitment subscription, cancellable at any time before the next billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without partial refund.
The user may choose to activate a worker or skill for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The subscription stops automatically at the end of the term — no action required. Early termination remains possible without penalty, without refund of the current period.
The user's personalised configuration (userConfig) is preserved after any termination or suspension, in accordance with the user sovereignty principle. It is immediately available upon reactivation.
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumer users (natural persons not acting in the course of their professional activity) benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.
However, by accepting these GTS and requesting immediate service execution, the user acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot apply to fully executed digital services, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent applicable provisions.
For professional users (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Users with a Creator plan (EUR 2.90/month) or Expert Creator plan (EUR 14.90/month) can publish business bricks on the Klair Store. The creation of new workers is reserved for Klair and certified partners.
A creator can offer their brick in 1, 2 or 3 levels (Intern / Assistant / Employee). Each level is a distinct slug with its own pricing. The Intern level is always free.
Klair takes a 25% commission on each sale. The creator receives 75% of the pre-tax sale price.
Payouts are calculated on the 1st of month M+1 for month M sales (30-day chargeback period). The transfer is made on the 5th of month M+1. The minimum payout threshold is EUR 50 (carried over if below).
The creator is solely responsible for the compliance of their business bricks with applicable law, the Klair user sovereignty principle, and the absence of hallucinations or non-existent endpoints in their instructions.
Klair reserves the right to reject or remove any brick that does not comply with these conditions.
In case of payment failure, Klair notifies the user by email. After three unsuccessful attempts over a 7-day period, the subscription is suspended. Data and configuration are preserved for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Displayed prices are pre-tax. Applicable VAT depends on the buyer's country and status (VAT-registered professional or consumer), in accordance with European digital VAT rules (OSS). It is calculated and collected by Stripe at the time of payment.
VAT-registered professional users in the EU may enter their intra-community VAT number in their account area to benefit from the reverse charge mechanism.
These General Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain applicable.
