These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all commercial transactions carried out via the Klair Platform, including:
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page of klair.work. They are expressed in euros (EUR), excluding taxes. Stripe Automatic Tax calculates applicable VAT or other sales tax at Checkout from the buyer's billing identity and tax status.
Billing is monthly, on the subscription anniversary date. Invoices are accessible from the Klair account area.
A paid Skill is sold once or as a recurring subscription according to its Marketplace listing. The purchase belongs to the user's global identity and is available across their Klair organizations. Displayed prices exclude tax; Stripe calculates tax at Checkout.
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Klair does not store any credit card data.
For the first paid transaction, the user is redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter their payment information. Stripe stores the payment method for subsequent transactions.
For subsequent purchases, payment is processed automatically on the stored payment method, after explicit user confirmation (checkbox in the activation widget). Stripe applies strong authentication rules (SCA/PSD2) when required.
Each activation generates a timestamped server-side record on Klair (explicit consent) and a Stripe transaction confirmation. These two elements constitute the proof of purchase.
Seat additions may be prorated immediately. Seat removals, plan downgrades and add-on reductions take effect at the end of the paid period without refund. Existing data is preserved, but creation may be blocked while usage remains above the new quota.
The user may choose a no-commitment subscription, cancellable at any time before the next billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without partial refund.
A Marketplace listing may offer a trial defined by a duration, a call limit, or both. The trial ends at the first limit reached, is available once per user and Skill lineage, requires no payment card, and never converts automatically into a paid purchase.
The user's personalised configuration (userConfig) is preserved after any termination or suspension, in accordance with the user sovereignty principle. It is immediately available upon reactivation.
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumer users (natural persons not acting in the course of their professional activity) benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.
However, by accepting these GTS and requesting immediate service execution, the user acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot apply to fully executed digital services, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent applicable provisions.
For professional users (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Users with a Creator plan ($2.90/month) or Expert Creator plan ($14.90/month), excluding tax, can publish business bricks on the Klair Store. The creation of new workers is reserved for Klair and certified partners.
Each Marketplace listing defines whether a Skill is free, sold once, or billed as a recurring subscription. Trials, when offered, use the listing-specific duration and/or call limit and never auto-convert.
Klair's commission is 25% for Creator, 20% for Expert Creator, and 10% for manually approved Certified Partners. It is calculated on the discounted subtotal excluding tax and before Stripe processing fees. Klair absorbs Stripe processing fees; refunds reverse Klair and creator shares proportionally.
Creators receive one person-global Stripe Connect Express account. Stripe manages identity checks, bank details, balances and automatic payouts. Available funds are scheduled weekly on Friday after a seven-day settlement delay. Stripe may hold or restrict payouts for compliance; Klair provides no separate wallet or manual withdrawal facility.
The creator is solely responsible for the compliance of their business bricks with applicable law, the Klair user sovereignty principle, and the absence of hallucinations or non-existent endpoints in their instructions.
Klair reserves the right to reject or remove any brick that does not comply with these conditions.
In case of payment failure, Klair notifies the user by email. After three unsuccessful attempts over a 7-day period, the subscription is suspended. Data and configuration are preserved for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Displayed prices are pre-tax. Applicable VAT depends on the buyer's country and status (VAT-registered professional or consumer), in accordance with European digital VAT rules (OSS). It is calculated and collected by Stripe at the time of payment.
VAT-registered professional users in the EU may enter their intra-community VAT number in their account area to benefit from the reverse charge mechanism.
These General Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain applicable.
